Mr. Luke is now 11 months old! He had a great day today...spent the day with Daddy. They visited Uncle Roger and Luke saw a horse for the first time there! Luke still loves to wave and now reaches for mommy or daddy when we call him! He has also started to "scoot" backwards, with his arms out in front of him and his legs on the floor. He's actually gotten up on all fours a couple times, so we think he's starting to figure this whole crawling thing out! He also still loves throwing his toys...he's actually made a few baskets with his basketball toy! We can't believe Luke will be 1 in just a month!!! Click here to see pics of how Luke has grown. Luke is doing very well as a 10-month-old. He waves CONSTANTLY, although we're not sure if he means it as a greeting yet. The daycare people at LA Fitness (where Mommy works out) say he knows what he's doing and he's trying to say HI so we'll go with that! Daddy is so proud now too because Luke LOVES playing catch. He has quite a pitching arm....could a career in baseball be in his future??! Luke also still loves spinning things, and Mommy and Daddy still love watching him do it! (Maybe he'll be a DJ instead!!) It's very easy to make Luke laugh since he's so tickelish...especially in his armpits. He giggles at his shadows and Mommy and Daddy's silly faces! He really has quite the happy life!! After 6 months of waiting, Luke FINALLY fits into his Rolling Stones Onesie!! He visited Winzip while wearing it and made a big hit! Luke is also now the proud new owner of a Thomas the Train Bead Maze which Dad SNIPED on eBay! Click here to see these pics.

Luke continues to be an active, happy 9 & 1/2 month-old! He is a perpetual smiler...such a natural in front of the camera! Lately, Luke LOVES standing on the couch to look outside. He also loves anything that he can spin..he even tries to spin things that wouldn't normally do that such as the phone and Mommy's face! Now that Mommy has a part-time job, Luke enjoys spending that time with his Memere. She has lots of toys to entertain him during his stay! Stay tuned for more updates on Luke's activities!

Luke is 9 months old today! He went to the Dr.'s office for a check-up and it went very well. He is 21 lbs, 15 oz. (70th percentile for weight), 28 & 1/2 inches long (60th percentile for height), and his head circumference is 46 & 1/2 cm (80th percentile). The doctor is very happy with Luke's growth and gave him a clean bill of health! Luke is rolling over and grabbing at toys, although he does not put anything in his mouth like a lot of other babies his age. He seems to like all the food offered to him and he especially enjoys fruit! Luke is generally very happy, although the last few weeks have been tough since he's been teething.
